摘    要:
采用临界奥氏体控轧控冷新技术,开发出不含Nb、V、Ti等微合金元素的超细晶HRB400III级钢筋,对其力学性能和显微组织进行分析,结果表明晶粒尺寸达到2~6μm,性能符合GB1499-98要求

Abstract:
Ultra-fined grain of HRB400 MPa bars without Nb,V,Ti alloying elements are exploited by the critical austenite controlled rolling and cooling technology,the results show that the grain size is up to 2~6 μm,the performance satisfies the requirements of GB1499-98 standard through the mechanical performance and microstructure analysis
