摘    要:以永磁同步电机为控制对象,针对纺织细纱机对变频器的需求,提出了一种纺织细纱机专用智能变频器的设计方案,重点解决了以下几个关键问题:满足低成本、高可靠性、耐高温的主电路相关原理设计;纺织细纱机专用智能变频器调速系统控制规律设计;纺织专用智能变频器专用软件设计;高温粉尘现场工作环境要求变频器不能安装风扇,但要具有良好散热性的散热设计;同步电机带载起动平稳性设计.介绍了纺织细纱机专用智能变频器的应用前景.

Abstract:Due to the spinning frame requirement with frequency control of motor speed,a scheme of developing the intelligence inverter to control the permanent-magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) of spinning frame was pro-posed.A cheap reliable main circuit with high temperature resistant characteristics was designed.The inverter control system and according software tool were also developed.A non-fan radiator was designed and installed in the inverter to avoid raising amount of dust in the spinning environment.In additio...
