片弹簧在肉类异形包装制品自动成型模中的应用

摘    要:为解决肉类异形制品自动化生产的难题,针对目前肉类异形制品手工操作模具柔性成型的特点,通过对柔性元件力学特性的研究与结构要素分析,根据片弹簧设计原理,建立片弹簧计算模型;根据自动化生产对片弹簧变形量与力学稳定性的要求,运用计算模型公式,计算并确定片弹簧的结构参数;通过实例对该模型的正确性和有效性进行了验证。验证结果表明:在肉类异形制品模具柔性成型方面,采用片弹簧作为柔性元件,其在载荷分配、受力稳定性、结构空间等方面表现出来的优点,是圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧所欠缺的,这也正是实现装备自动化所必须解决的关键性技术之一。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of the automated production of meat shaped products, aiming at the characteristics of meat shaped product "s flexible molding of manual operating. Through the study of mechanical characteristics of flexible components and analysis of structural elements, the paper set up leaf spring calculation mold based on the leaf design principle; according to the deformation and mechanical stability requirements of the automated production for leaf springs, using the calculate model formula, calculating and determining the parameters of the structure of the leaf springs ; verifying the correctness and validity of the instance of the model by example. The verification resuhs show that in meat shaped productg flexible molding, using leaf springs as flexible element has some advantages in load distribution , force of stability, structure of space, which cylindrical helical springs lack, and this is exact the key technology to be solved in achieving equipment automation.
