改性淀粉芯砂工艺性能的灰关联分析

摘    要:以改性淀粉为主粘结剂配制荬少并进行芯砂工艺性能试验,采用灰色关联的数学分析方法,地改性淀粉芯砂的工艺性能进行分析。结合生产实际,对多种改民生淀粉芯砂的工艺性能进行排序,认为重油、松香树脂均能有交地提高淀粉砂内干强度、抗吸湿性、改性淀粉芯砂综合性能良好,可用于制作较复杂的砂芯。

Abstract:After experiment on the technical properties of core sand made of the changedproperty starches as main binder,each technical properties of changedproperty starch binder is analysed with the method of mathematical analysis of grey connection.Combined with productive practice,each core sand can be arranged in order on the basis of technical properties.The conclusion is that both dead oil and colophony can improve efficiently the dry strength,resistant moisture ability of the starch core sand;the comprehensive properties of the changedpropery starch core sand is well.It is applicable to manufacture more complex core.
