摘    要:Boost-LLC两级变换器作为一种性能优异的DC/DC拓扑结构,日益受到人们的关注.两级结构能够充分利用Boost宽电压输入和LLC高效率特性,从而使整体效率较高.针对Boost-LLC两级DC/DC变换器进行了分析,介绍其工作原理、控制方法,并给出了优化设计方法,针对输入390V,输出为24V/20A,开关频率100kHz两级DC/DC变换器进行了设计和实验验证,整体效率达到97.2%.

Abstract:As an optimized DC/DC topology,Boost-LLC two-stage converter is getting wide attention.The two stage converter combines Boost and LLC converter,and getting high performance by making full use of their intrinsic properties.The operating principle of Boost-LLC converter is introduced,and an optimized design method is proposed.A 100 kHz,390 V input 24 V/20 A output prototype is built to verify its advantages and 97.2% total efficiency is achieved at full load.
