摘    要:
针对我国大中型自动化工厂“PLC运动控制技术”的实际应用,考虑到目前对应的工厂培训方法和培训设备,提出了对PLC运动控制技术工厂培训平台的设计。培训平台基于开放式、模块化、可拓展的设计思路,能够加强职工理论转化实际操作的能力,克服传统模拟培训设备在创新和新技术拓展方面的不足。

Abstract:
In the light of the practical application of PLC motion control technology in the large and medium-sized automated factories in China,a training platform based on PLC motion control technology was designed in consideration of the corresponding training methods and the training equipments in factories at present.The training platform based on open type,modularization and expandable design ideas can change the theory of workers into actual operation ability,and overcome the insufficiency of the traditional simulation training equipments in the aspects of innovation and new technical development.
