Fe-Ni合金电沉积过程及机理初探

摘    要:采用电子探针和扫描电镜方法对Fe-Ni合金在不对称交流条件下电沉积过程进行了研究,并对Fe-Ni合金电沉积机理进行了的初步探讨.结果表明,采用不对称交流电镀可以减少Fe-Ni合金电解液的浓差极化现象,从而降低镀层中的含氢量,消除镀层的内应力,提高镀层与基体金属的结合强度.

Abstract:The electric cement process for Fe-Ni alloy under non symmetric electricity flow condition is investigated with Electronic Probe and SEM. The mechanisms of cement for Fe Ni alloy is preliminaryly studied. The results showed that electroplating with asymmetric electricity flow can reduce the concentration gradient poled phenomena in Fe Ni alloy electrolyte, so the hydrogen composition in plating coat can be decreased and inner stress can be eliminated,therefore strength of the boundary between base metal and plating coat can be increased.
