聚酰胺增韧改性研究进展

摘    要:
综述了国内外聚酰胺增韧改性的研究状况 ,包括添加聚烯烃、工程塑料、无机刚性粒子增韧和尼龙之间的自增韧 ,其中聚烯烃弹性体增韧应用得最为广泛 ,但需要一定的相容剂 ,工程塑料增韧和尼龙之间的自增韧可以得到较理想的效果 ,而无机刚性粒子增韧是一种较新的增韧方法 ,它可以在提高韧性的同时 ,使拉伸强度得到提高。同时阐述了与不同的增韧改性方法相对应的增韧机理

Abstract:
Current modification methods toughening polyamide resin,including by adding polyolefin, engineering platics,inorganic rigid particles and different nylon resins , were reviewed. Among them, polyolefin toughening is most widely used, but it is necessary to add to the compatibilizer. The self-toughenign results of engineering plastics or different kinds of nylon resins were excellent. And inorganic partice toughening was an advanced measurement, it could improve both toughness and tensile strength. Meanwhile, the toughening theories of different methods were also mentioned.
