摘    要:功角是表征发电机运行状态和电力系统稳定性的重要参量。介绍了一种发电机功角的直接测量方法,它使用高精度全球定位系统(GPS)时钟信号和转子位置传感装置对异地发电机的功角进行实时同步测量。由于采用了多种硬件和软件误差处理技术以及转子位置自动初始化技术,使该方法具有较高的精度和实用性。动模试验和现场运行结果表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。该方法已被集成到相量测量单元(PMU)中,可以为广域电网同步状态监测系统提供完整的电网相量和发电机功角信息。

Abstract:Power angle is one of the most important parameters to represent power system operation security. It reflects the operational states of generator units and the stability of the whole power system. A method to directly measure the power angle of generators is presented. Using the global positioning system (GPS) clock signal and the power angle measurement system developed in this paper, a novel power angle measurement system is developed. Measures of both hardware and software are used to increase the performance of the measurement system. The results of both the power system dynamic simulation tests and field operation show the effectiveness of the developed system. The system has been imbedded into a phasor measurement unit (PMU), which enables the PMU to synchronously provide complete information of the wide area power systems.
