| 摘 要： | 介绍了子午线轮胎模具的生产流程。根据轮胎花纹的形状和花纹块的刚度，阐述了从轮胎图提取出花纹块模具轮廓的方法；按照工艺要求，研究了设计模具型腔并适当调整型腔形状的方法。阐述了花纹块模具NC加工时刀具选取、走刀路径规划、切削参数选择等技术，保证了在满足加工精度要求的情况下提高加工效率。

| Abstract: | Meridian tyre plays an important role in mobile industry, and the pattern shape is always so complex that its design is time-consuming. Feature of meridian tyre, and the process folw of the type of tyre mold are introduced. According to the pattern shape and the pattern block stiffness, the extracting method of pattern block mold profile is discussed. Design of mold pocket and its dimension adjusting is studied. Research on its NC machining, whose problems include: cutter selection, tool path planning, cutting parameters decision, and so on, ensures precision accuracy and high efficiency. |
