变压器绕组绕线机的数字化设计

摘    要:针对传统变压器绕线机械结构复杂的缺点,提出一种主轴与排线分离驱动的新型控制模式,实现绕线参数的柔性化调整.系统采用PLC为控制核心,卷绕主轴恒张力变频驱动,交流伺服系统高精度的排线驱动机构,及人机界面参数整定,实现了卷绕工艺的实时监控.完成了系统的设计,通过工程实践证明该设计具有控制精度高,稳定可靠的优点.

Abstract:Aiming at a serious of shortcomings such as the complicated structure of the traditional transformer winder,a new control mode of transformer winder that have a separate drive between principle axies and the machine for arranging the wires was given to realize the flexible adjustment of the winding parameter. The system adopts PLC as the control's core, applies converter to realize the constant value of coiling tension that caused by winding shaft. Adopts the advanced AC servo motors system to drive high accuracy arrange material structure. And the parameter setting of the man-machine interface, to realize the real-time monitor of the wind technics. Gives the designing ways of the system. Through engineering practice proves that the design has high control accuracy, it is stable and reliable.
