摘    要:采用固溶时效、退火处理以及球化处理等热处理工艺在AZ91镁合金中分别获得网状、层片状、球状和菱形状β-Mg17Al12相。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜以及拉伸和硬度试验等研究不同形态的β-Mg17Al12相对AZ91镁合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,网状β-Mg17Al12相恶化了AZ91镁合金的力学性能;层片状和球状β-Mg17Al12相有利于合金塑性的改善;而菱形状β-Mg17Al12相有利于合金强度的提高。

Abstract:Different morphologies of β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase such as net-shape,lameller-shape,spherical and rhomb-shape were obtained by solution,aging,annealing and spheroidizing.Effects of the morphologies of β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase during the heat treatments on mechanical properties of as-cast AZ91 magnesium alloy were studied by OM,SEM,XRD,EDS,TEM as well as tensile and hardness tests.The results show that the net-shaped β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase in AZ91 magnesium alloy can decrease the mechanical properties the lameller-shaped β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase and spherical β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase improve the ductility,and the rhomb-shaped β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase can increase the strength of the alloy.
