摘    要:高炉炼铁的生产过程中,冷却设备所使用的冷却水由于压力高、流量大,水质要求较高,密封装置极易损坏漏水;管道长期运行受到腐蚀,焊缝、砂眼、断裂引起漏水;闭路循环系统多处需要定期排污.冷却设备破损向高炉内漏水,影响炉况及操作.因此正确分析补水原因,对高炉长寿和生产操作、维护极其重要.

Abstract:The sealing device of the cooling plant easily leaked due to large flow-rate and high water quality demand of cooling water in iron-making high pressure production of blast furnace. Corrosion, weld seam, sand hole and fracture resulted in water leakage of the pipes during long-term operation. There were many places in the closed-circuit circulation system needing periodically pollution removing. The broken cooling plant leaked through the blast furnace, resulting in poor furnace condition and poor operation. Therefore, correctly analyzing water adding causes was very important for service life. operation and maintenance of the blast furnace.
