油品直销分销经营管理存在的问题及对策

摘    要:成油品直销分销业务是石油销售企业经营工作的重要组成部分。油品直销分销经营管理中的问题具有普遍性,会给企业造成效益流失,影响经营质量。强化对油品直销分销经营管理的监督,堵塞管理漏洞,规范经营行为,防范经营风险,实现企业资产和人力资本的“双保值”,是石油销售企业纪检监察部门监督的重点和关键领域。

Abstract:Direct and indirect marketing of product oil is an important part of operation of oil marketing enterprise. Problems existing in operation management of direct and indirect marketing are common, may cause benefit loss of the enterprise, resulted in poor operation quality. The important and key field of supervision of department of discipline inspecting and supervision of oil marketing enterprise are to strengthen supervision of operation management of direct and indirect marketing, to stop leak of management; to standardize operation behavior, prevent operation risk; too re- alize "double insurance value" of beth enterprise asset and human capital.
