常减压蒸馏装置常顶空冷器腐蚀分析及防护

摘    要:通过对某常减压蒸馏装置常顶空冷器腐蚀现场进行肉眼观察、查看堵漏和定点测厚情况,掌握了常顶空冷器的腐蚀现状。结合装置运行工况,对常顶空冷器腐蚀的原因进行了分析。最后提出防腐建议:降低热媒水进装置温度;改变空冷的进料形式,变一侧进料为对称的形式进料;加长空冷管束内插入钛管长度;加强工艺防腐措施的管理,更换常顶注缓蚀剂泵,改善注水水质,控制pH值稳定合格,减少pH值的大幅度波动;加强腐蚀监检测与检查考核。

Abstract:The corrosion conditions of atmospheric tower overhead air coolers were known by field visual observation and positioning thickness measurement.The corrosion causes of the air coolers were analyzed in consideration of unit operation conditions.The effective corrosion protection measures were recommended such as: lowering inlet temperature of hot medium water,changing the way of feed inlet of air coolers,changing one-side feeding into symmetrical two-side feeding,extending the length of Ti tubes in cooler tubes,strengthening process corrosion prevention management,replacing corrosion inhibitor injection pump in atmospheric tower overhead,improving injection water quality,controlling pH value at specifications,reducing large fluctuation in pH value and reinforcing corrosion detection and investigation.
