Abstract:The effects of reaction temperature,pressure and WHSV on the performance of ZSM-5/MCM-48 composite molecular sieve catalyst in methanol to gasoline(MTG) process were investigated,and was compared to ZSM-5 catalyst.It was found that the ZSM-5/MCM-48 catalyst was excellent for MTG,the content of aromatics in the liquid products was lowered effectively,and especially the durene content was reduced to 2%(w) or less.Under the appropriate reaction conditions:380-400 ℃,0.5 MPa and WHSV 2 h-1,the conversion of methanol,the yield of C5+,the mass fraction of aromatics and the mass fraction of durene in the liquid products were 99.3%,33.7%,44.3% and 1.7%,respectively.
