乙烯裂解炉及急冷锅炉结焦抑制技术研究进展

摘    要:在阐述乙烯裂解炉辐射段炉管及急冷锅炉结焦和渗碳机理的基础上,综述了目前工业上已使用或正在研究的结焦抑制方法,阐述了近年来国内外在该领域所取得的最新研究成果,重点介绍了改善炉管材质、使用结焦抑制剂、采用强化传热炉管及开发新型急冷锅炉等结焦抑制方法,并对今后结焦抑制技术的开发提出了建议。

Abstract:The mechanisms for the coking and carburization of ethylene cracking furnace and transfer line exchanger are reviewed.The progresses in inhibiting coking for ethylene cracking furnaces and transfer line exchangers in recent years and anti-coking methods being used or studied in this field are summarized.The methods of improving the furnace tube materials,using inhibitors,employing heat transfer enhancement tubes and developing novel transfer line exchangers are introduced mainly.The directions of the research and development in anti-coking technologies in future are proposed.
