| 摘 要： | 讨论了厨房空气污染物的来源、成分及其对人体的危害;阐述了厨房排风系统的各种类型;介绍了采用机械通风方式的分散式排风系统中常用的四种类型:子母型烟道、变截面烟道、变压式烟道、等截面烟道;分析了影响厨房排风系统的各种因素;指出了厨房排风系统研究的关键问题是对厨房空气污染物的控制.

| Abstract: | Discussed the source, the component and the harm on organism of kitchen air contaminant. Expounded the different kinds of kitchen exhaust system, including the natural ventilation and the mechanical ventilation and introduced the four in common use types of decentralized fan exhaust system which adopts the mechanical ventilation: the type of trunk and branch, the type of variable cross section, the type of variable pressure, the type of uniform cross section. Analyzed the various effect factors to the kitchen ventilation system. Indicates that the key problem on the research of kitchen ventilation system is the control technology on the kitchen air contaminant. |
