摘    要:宝钢电厂4号机组是世界上首台可最大燃用1031 km3/h流量BFG的发电机组,燃料系统配置3台双速BFG增压风机。供应方原设计BFG增压风机高低转速切换时,通过电磁阀回路实现风机进口调节档板50%/100%开度的快速切换控制,来确保BFG压力稳定受控。通过调试试验发现切换方案原始设计存在缺陷,工程人员突破原设计思想,摒弃电磁阀切换技术,采用模拟量指令切换的"两步法",成功实现了风机高、低速自动切换及BFG压力的稳定控制。
