摘    要:为了提高某随动系统故障诊断与维修数据采集的效率,文中研究了RBH8223h在某随动系统电路板故障检测中的应用。根据输入输出信号的特性以及多通道高速采样的要求,选用USB接口的RBH8223h采集卡。简单介绍了USB总线技术,详细阐述了RBH8223h采集卡的性能和特点,利用图形化编程语言LabVIEW进行底层程序的编写,实现USB总线下高速实时数据采集功能及波形显示,完成了电路板模块级的故障检测,减低了该随动电路板故障检测的技术难度,提高了该装备的维修保障能力。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of data acquisition for fault diagnosis and maintenance system in servo system. In this paper, the application of RBH8223h in fault inspection system of circuit board in one servo system was researched. According to the characteristics of input and output signals and the demands of multi--channel high--speed sampling, RBH8223H with USB interface was selected. This paper introduces the USB technology, the performance and characteristics of RBH8223H. And then the base program is written by using LabVIEW, the real--time data acquisition and wave display with USB bus are realized. The fault inspection of modules is realized. Meanwhile this system reduces the difficulty of fault testing and enhances the maintenance capacity of the equipment.
