| 摘 要： | 采用同时蒸馏萃取和GC/MS法定性定量分析了芳酸果浸膏挥发性成分,共鉴定出62种挥发性香味成分。同时进行了卷烟加香试验。结果表明,该香料能有效去除卷烟的杂气,改善和修饰香气,使烟气柔和细腻。

| Abstract: | The volatile components in tart fruit concrete were extracted with simultaneous distillation and extraction,and then qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC/MS.Sixty-two compounds were identified.The tart fruit concrete was added into cigarettes as tobacco flavoring and evaluated by panelists.The results indicated that the(offensive) odor of cigarette smoke was effectively reduced and smoking quality was improved. |
