微秒级定时器的制作及其在数字I/O卡控制步进电机中的应用

摘    要:研究了基于Windows的软件定时器的制作,其具有很高的稳定性和精度,适用于很多场合的时间控制模块.结合数字I/O卡速度快,端口多及价格低的特点,提出了通用数字I/O卡控制步进电机的控制方法,编制控制程序.将定时器封装成动态链接库函数,然后将其应用在数字I/O卡控制步进电机的专用软件编制中.

Abstract:Based on Windows,study the manufacture of soft micro-level ti mer,of which the stability and accuracy is high and applicable to manyoccasions.With the characteristics of fast speed,many ports and light cost of digital I/O card,wepropose the stepped motor s control method of using digital I/O card and program control proce-dures.Package the ti merinto a dynamiclinklibraryfunction which is used in the program of controlling stepped motor by digital I/O card.
