All Optical Spin-Based Quantum Information Processing

Abstract:We propose a spin-based ultra-fast laser driven implementation of quantum information processing based on the Pauli blocking effect in semiconductors, which acts as a spin dependent switching mechanism for auxiliary exciton states.
