超声导波检测技术在小直径管检测中的应用

摘    要:针对常规超声波检测方法及涡流检测方法在进行在役管排缺陷检测时存在的局限性,介绍超声导波检测技术的基本原理,导波的传播模式、分类,以及导波在电站小直径管检测方面的应用.根据无缝钢管容易出现的缺陷类型设计了参考试块,利用超声导波检测技术进行钢管轧制缺陷的C扫描和A扫描,并对反向波信号较明显的管子进行了金相检验.结果表明,超声导波检测方法具有检验速度快、成本低等优点,能有效提高检测效率,可满足电力小径管的无损检测工作要求.

Abstract:Aiming at limitations of ultrasonic detection method and eddy detection method in in-service row of tubes,the paper introduces basic principle,transmission mode,category of ultrasonic guided wave and application in small-diameter pipes in power plants.In accordance to regular defects of seamless steel tubes,check piece is designed;scan A and C for steel pipe tubes is implemented by means of ultrasonic detection technology and whole-phase detection is done to pipes with obvious reverse wave.The result shows that ultrasonic detection method is characterized by high speed,low cost and it can improve detection rate and meet the requirement of nonloss detection.
