基于遗传算法的高速气缸自适应缓冲系统优化设计

摘    要:研制了以压力反馈式缓冲阀为核心的自适应缓冲系统,运用遗传算法对缓冲阀参数进行了优化设计,自适应缓冲系统的仿真结果表明了优化方法的正确性,其优化效果非常显著。采用优化参数的自适应缓冲系统的实验结果表明,当高速气缸活塞基准速度在2.76~3.34m/s之间变化时,气缸活塞均以0.01~0.38m/s之间的速度到达行程终点,实现了对活塞速度变化的自适应缓冲。

Abstract:The self-adaptive cushion system was researched including cushion valve based on pressure feedback,and the optimization design for cushion valve parameters was done by means of genetic algorithms.The emulation results show that the optimization method is correct and the optimization effectiveness is very striking.The experimental results show that the cushion system makes the high-speed cylinder's piston reach the destination at speed between 0.01~0.38m/s when the piston velocity varies between 2.76~3.34m/s,and the self-adaptive cushion is realized when the piston speed varies.
