非圆曲线数控加工编程的设计

摘    要:文章论述了基于AutoCAD软件平台的非圆曲线零件的数控加工编程的设计问题.首先说明了非圆曲线零件的数控编程原理;然后讨论了非圆曲线零件自动编程的功能;最后详细阐述非圆曲线零件的自动编程的程序结构,非圆曲线零件的数控加工编程的设计是通过DXF文件的读取与处理,并加入加工工艺信息等,可以自动地生成ISO标准代码的数控加工程序.

Abstract:The design of non-circular curve spare parts numerical control machining program that is based AutoCAD software is discussed. The theory of non-circular curve spare parts numerical control machining program is first explained. The function of non-circular curve spare parts numerical control machining program is discussed secondly. The structure of non-circular curve spare parts numerical control machining program is expanded in detail at last. The design of non-circular curve numerical control machining software through the DXF file, and adding the information of manufacture process can produce an ISO standard numerical manufacture program code.
