| 摘 要： | 以7-氨基-3-((Z/E)-丙烯-1-基)-3-头孢烯-4-羧酸(7-APCA)和D-对羟基苯甘氨酸邓钾盐(简称"羟邓盐")为起始原料,经混酐、成盐及缩合反应后,得到头孢丙烯N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶剂化物,之后用水将DMF置换,得到头孢丙烯一水合物。在缩合反应进行期间,加入N,N-二甲基苯胺调节体系pH,使得随后的缩合更容易进行,缩短了反应时间,提高了收率。

| Abstract: | Cefprozil dimethyl formamide(DMF) solvate is prepared via mixed-anhydride,salification and condensation reactions with 7-APCA and dipotassium 7-hydroxynaphthalene-1,3-disulphonate(Dane Salt) as starting materials.Then,it reacts with water and produces cefprozil monohydrate.The reaction time is reduced and the yield is raised by adjusting the pH value with N,N-dimethylaniline during the course of the condensation reaction. |
