Ba(1-x)CaxT0.95Zr0.05O3陶瓷相变和微观结构研究

摘    要:采用固相合成法制备了系列Ca掺杂的Ba_(1-x)Ca_xT_(0.95)Zr_(0.05)O_3(x=0.1~1.0)(BCZT)陶瓷。通过XRD和SEM研究了Ca掺杂对BCZT陶瓷物相和微观结构的影响。结果表明,当Ca掺杂量较少时(x=0.1~0.2),BCZT陶瓷为单一四方相钙钛矿结构;当Ca掺杂量较大时(x=0.9~1.0),BCZT陶瓷为单一正交相钙钛矿结构。当Ca掺杂量为x=0.3~0.9)、时,BCZT陶瓷出现两相共存的过程。随Ca掺杂量增加,BCZT陶瓷晶粒尺寸先变小然后增大,相对密度逐渐增大;当x=1.0时相对密度达到最大值98%。

Abstract:Lead-free Ba(1-x)Cax T0.95 Zr0.05O3(x=0.1~1.0)(BCZT) ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction technique.The phase and structural properties were characterized by XRD and SEM.Results show that the samples in the composition range of 0.1≤x≤1.0 undergo a phase transitions from pure tetragonal to pure orthorhombic phase around room temperature.The biphasic structures are detected at 0.3≤x≤0.9.With the increase of Ca content,grain size of the BCZT ceramics decrease first and then increase Relative density of the BCZT ceramics increase with the increase of Ca content and the highest relative density(98%) is obtained at x = 1.0
