摘    要:外热式回转反应炉夹套改进设计成若干段,两段夹套之间设计密封隔热层,使夹套变成若干个相对独立的加热空间,改进后的夹套结构更加科学合理,热能利用率高,能更好地实现生产对温度进行梯度控制的要求,更好地满足了生产工艺要求.

Abstract:Jacket improvement at external heated rotating furnace is designed as several segments,sealed heat insulation is adopted between two segments to make the jacket into several relatively independent heating space.The improved jacket structure is more scientific and rational,heat energy efficiency is higher,and can better achieve the temperature gradient control during production,better meet the process requirements.
