燃煤电站锅炉NOx排放的试验研究

摘    要:在分析NOX生成机理的基础上,以一台1 004 t/h的燃煤电站锅炉为研究对象,利用试验的方法研究了过量空气系数、燃烧器倾角以及煤量配给方式对NOX排放浓度的影响。研究结果表明:在保证锅炉效率及燃料燃尽率的前提下,采用较小的过量空气系数、向上倾斜的燃烧器摆角以及正宝塔式供煤方式有利于实现低NOX燃烧。

Abstract:Based on the investigation of NOX formation mechanism,a coal-fired utility boiler whose capacity is1 004t/h was studied.The effects on NOX emission of excessive air coefficient,inclination of burner and the way of coal supply were investigated through experimental method.Results indicated that under the condition of same boiler efficiency and burn-off rate,lesser excessive air coefficient,upward in-clination of burner and pyramid coal-supply are benefit to low-NOX combustion.
