紧水滩水电厂计算机监控系统的建设和运行

摘    要:紧水滩水电厂下辖2个梯级水电站,一级水电站为紧水滩电站,二级为石塘电站,其计算机监控系统已全部投入发电运行。紧水滩电站计算机监控系统采用标准的H9000系统,梯调和石塘站调采用SSJ-300型计算机监控系统。紧水滩水电厂计算机监控系统不仅实现了分级监控功能,而且实现了由梯调对两站的遥测,遥控,遥信,遥调功能,实际运行情况及效果良好。

Abstract:The Jinshuitan Hydropower Plant is composed of two cascade stations. One is Jinshuitan Hydropower Station and another is Shitang Hydropower Station. The computer monitoring and control system of these stations has been put into operation. The computer monitoring and control system for Jinshuitan Hydropower Station is standard H9000 system but that for cascade regulation and Shitang Hydropower Station is SSJ 3000 system. The computer monitoring and control system for Jinshuitan Hydropower Plant not only could realize the monitoring and control functions step by step but also have the functions of telemetering, remote control, remote communication and remote dispatching for two stations. Its actual operation and effect all are good. This system has produced obvious benefits in the aspects of realizing safe and economic operation, reducing check, repair, operation, saving the cost, reducing workers and increasing efficiency.
