| 摘 要： | 描述了目前普遍采用的称重传感器灵敏度的调整方法,介绍了一种用比对方法调整称重传感器灵敏度的比对测量仪,阐述了它的工作原理,给出了它的结构及测试结果。采用此种方法可以调整称重传感器的灵敏度到期望值,并缩短传感器在标定机上的标定时间,降低传感器的标定成本。

Load cell sensitivity adjusted by compare measuring instrument |

| Abstract: | Adjusting methods which are adopted at present on load cell sensitivity are described.A type of compare measuring instrument used for adjusting in load cell sensitivity by comparison is introduced. Its work principle is described. Its structure and the test result are explained. The load cell sensitivity can be adjusted to requirement by this method, therefore the time of the load cell on the calibration equipment and cost are reduced. |
