摘    要:采用CATIA CAA二次开发技术开发了汽车覆盖件模具非标斜楔智能化设计系统。系统优化模板工艺元素替换过程,采用基于包容盒的闭合面方向判断方法与基于参考坐标系的平面方向判断方法,保证工艺替换的正确进行;优化非标斜楔标准件设计方式,采用基于标准件定位草图的标准件设计方法,实现标准件个数与位置的快速调整;结合CATIA全参数化模板,集成企业多年的非标斜楔设计经验与设计标准,保证非标斜楔设计的合理性与一致性。由企业实际应用统计,使用该系统后非标斜楔设计效率提高50%左右。

Abstract:The non-standard wedge aided design system of automobile panel die was developed base on the CATIA CAA secondary development technology.In the system,the replacement process was optimized by the judging method along the closed surface direction of bounding box and along the plane direction of reference coordinate system to ensure the validity of replacement.Then,the design method of non-standard wedge part was optimized by standard part design method based on the position sketch to realize quick adjustment of the standard part number and position.Furthermore,combining parameterization template of CATIA with years of design experience and design standard from enterprises,they were integrated to guarantee the consistency and rationality of the non-standard wedge design.According to the practical statistics from enterprises,the efficiency of non-standard wedge design was increased by about 50%.
