汽车后门内板转角起皱成因分析及对策

摘    要:针对量产车型中一种常见的冲压质量问题——汽车后门内板转角起皱进行了研究。首先通过有限元软件建立某车型后门内板的冲压成形模型,对其进行工艺性分析,并重点对其在冲压成形过程中转角出现起皱的原因进行分析。结果表明,压应力是引起转角起皱的主要应力,同时后门内板转角处的工艺补充和产品结构不合理引起板料在冲压成形过程中出现Z向失稳,这直接导致出现起皱问题。最后,经过优化拉延筋布置形式、调整工艺补充以及优化产品结构,该后门内板经过有限元分析,结果未出现起皱问题,同时实际冲压所得产品也满足生产质量要求。

Abstract:According to one common quality problem of stamping which widely exists in cars of mass production,the wrinkle at the corner of automobile rear door inner panel is studied.Firstly,the stamping model of one automobile rear door inner panel was built by FEM software for process analysis.And the reasons which caused the wrinkles during stamping were focused on.The result indicates that a compressive stress is the major reason that leads to the wrinkles at corner.In the mean time,the unreasonable designs for addendums and product structures at the corner of automobile rear door inner panel cause the instability in the Z-direction of sheets during stamping,and directly lead to the wrinkling problem.By optimizing the drawbeads,addendums and product structure,wrinkles disappear after FEM analysis,and the quality of rear door inner panel fulfills all production and quality requirements.
