卷板机自动送料技术的现状及发展趋势

摘    要:卷板机自动送料技术是一种用于卷板机卷制板材时上料的技术,具有高效率、高安全性等优点,其应用有助于提高卷板机板材卷制的自动化水平和板材卷制质量。首先,介绍了卷板机在板材卷制时对送料动作的基本要求,阐述了自动送料结构的特点;其次,总结了卷板机自动送料技术在国内外的发展情况,并对自动送料的两个关键技术:直角坐标式机械手技术和真空吸盘拾取技术进行了简要的论述;最后,提出了板材自动送料技术的主要研究方向,即:有限元分析及结构优化技术、伺服控制技术、自动送料机的柔性化与智能化以及开放式数控系统。可以预见,随着自动送料技术的深入研究和普及应用,其必将在板材卷制的自动化方面发挥更大的作用。

Abstract:The automatic feeding technology of the bending machine is a kind of technology for the feeding of the plate rolling, which has the advantages of high efficiency and high security, and its application helps to improve the automation level and quality of the plate rolling for the bending machine.Firstly, the basic requirements of the feeding mechanism of the plate rolling for the bending machine were introduced, and the structural characteristics of the automatic feeding were described.Secondly, the developments of the automatic feeding technology for the bending machine at home and abroad were summarized, and two key techniques of the automatic feeding including cartesian manipulator technology and vacuum sucker picking technology were briefly discussed.Finally, the main research direction of the automatic feeding technology for the bending machine was put forward, namely, finite element analysis and structural optimization technology, servo control technology, flexibility and intelligent technology of automatic feeding machine and open CNC system technology.It can be predicted that a further study of the automatic feeding technology and widely application will play a greater role in the plate rolling automation.
