| Abstract: | In this paper,the shape and structural characteristics of a stainless steel door angle with high vertical brim were introduced.The forming process of the part was analyzed.The working process and designing kernel of the drawing die were expounded.Through the experiment,the reasonable size of the blank and the reasonable pressure on the material were determined,and the "TD" strengthening treatment of the concave die face was proved to be effective. |
