摘    要:本文用扫描电镜观察了快速凝固Al_(86)Mn_(14)合金中出现的分形结构。它们的分数维数从1.46至1.97。电子显微镜及X射线衍射仪确定此合金带中除了少量Al晶体外,大部分为二十面体准晶相.因此可以认为这些分形结构,是激冷过程中大量粒子扩散聚集的结果。

Abstract:The fractal structures formed in rapidly quenched Al_(86)Mn_(14) alloy have been observed by SEM. Their fractal dimensions are from 1.46 to 1.97. The principal phase is icosahedral quasicrystalline one, examined by TEM and X-ray diffractometer,in addition to a small amount of Al phase. It is believed that these fractal structures are formed by many aggregate particles during the rapid-quenching process.
