基于巨腾Easy模块和Smith-Fuzzy复合控制的注塑机温控系统

摘    要:针对现代注塑机温控的高性能和群控扩展性要求,利用工控机和巨腾公司远端数据采集/控制模块,实现了简单的网络温控系统;并且采用Smith预估器与模糊控制相结合的温度控制策略,解决了传统Smith控制系统过分依赖被控对象的精确模型的问题,且该方法实现简单、可靠性好。

Abstract:In order to meet high performance and flexible LAN expansibility of temperature control for modern plastic injection machine,the simple LAN system was presented based on industrial computer and remote data-collecting and control modules from ANCO.And control strategy combining Smith and Fuzzy methods was adopted to overcome the dependence of traditional method on accurate modeling.
