摘    要:重庆某项目4#楼为跃层剪力墙结构,在扭转不规则、两侧凹进和楼板开洞率方面存在超限情况,且存在穿层墙的抗震不利因素。超限分析设计时优化了结构体系,选取了合理的性能目标。进行了多遇地震、设防地震、罕遇地震下的各种分析验算,以及其他有针对性的补充分析。对结构构件提出了有针对性的超限措施。

Transfinite Analysis and Design of A Spring Layer Structure
Abstract:The fourth floor of a project is spring layer of shear wall structure, with the transfinite problems in regulation irregular, two side back-off and floor hole creation, and inferior anti-earthquake performance of puncture layer wall. Transfinite analysis and design optimize structural system and set reasonable performance goals. Various analysis and calculations are done under conditions of frequent earthquakes, design earthquake and fewer earth-quakes, and other relevant complementary analysis as well. Some related transfinite measures for structural elements are also presented.
