不同养护条件下聚合物对水泥砂浆与瓷砖粘结强度的影响

分析了聚醋酸乙烯酯与乙烯共聚物掺入水泥砂浆中的减水作用。比较了聚醋酸乙烯酯与乙烯共聚物乳液和乳胶粉对水泥砂浆与瓷砖的粘结强度；研究了聚醋酸乙烯酯与乙烯共聚物改性水泥砂浆与瓷砖粘结在不同养护条件下的粘结抗拉强度。试验结果表明，在乳液和乳胶粉掺量达8%和4%时，其减水效果分别提高36.12%和21.55%。聚合物存在形态、掺量以及养护条件对水泥砂浆与瓷砖的粘结抗拉强度有显著的影响。聚合物乳液和乳胶粉的掺入能改善砂浆与瓷砖粘结标养、高温养护和冻融循环养护时的粘结抗拉强度。比较掺乳液和乳胶粉的实验结果得知，前者除提高标养和高温养护时的粘结抗拉强度值外，还能大大改善砂浆与瓷砖粘结的耐水性。

Influence of Polymer on Adhesive Strength of Mortar to Tile under Different Curing Conditions

The lessening water effectiveness of EVA copolymer is observed. Adhesive strength of mortars modified by EVA latex and powder are compared. And the adhesive strengths of EVA copolymer modified mortar to tile under different curing condition are studied. The results show that the lessening water effectivenesses are improved by 36.12% and 21.55%, respectively, when the content of EVA latex and powder are 8% and 4%. EVA latex and powder can improve the adhesive strength of modified mortar to tile under the standard curing, high temperature curing, and circle curing of freezing and melting. EVA latex can improve the water resistant ability obviously, besides improving the adhesive strengths of standard curing and high temperature curing, compared with EVA powder.
