机箱线缆信号完整性和电磁辐射的全波仿真

摘    要:对一个电源变换器的机箱、插座以及内部线缆进行了三维精确建模,采用三维全波电磁场软件对整个机箱和线缆的信号完整性(SI)、传导发射(CE)和辐射发射(RE)进行了全面的时域和频域仿真分析,给出了干扰噪声电平和三维电磁干扰(EMI)强度,并比对GJBl51A给出EMC预估结论。简要介绍了仿真原理和理论基础,包括传输线模型、传输线矩阵(TLM)算法和精简模型原理等,文中所采取的线缆行为级(CE)和电磁辐射(RE)两步仿真的思路,是一种通用的方法,可以有效地应用于各种机箱机柜线缆线束的电磁兼容仿真预估中。

SI and EMI Full-wave Simulation of Enclosure and Cable Harness
Abstract:In this paper,enclosure,sockets and inner wires of a power converter are accurately built. Both transient and frequency simulation methods of the 3D full-wave electromagnetic software are used to calculate the signal integrity (SI),conducted emission (CE)and radiated emission (RE)of the whole enclosure and cables. At the end of the paper, interference noise level, 3D electromagnetic interference (EMI)strength, as well as EMC forecast conclusion according to GJB151A is given. Principles and theoretical basis of the simulation,including the transmission line model,transmission line matrix (TLM)algorithm and compact model are briefly introduced. The idea presented in this paper taking cable behavioral performance(CE)and radiation simulation (RE)respectively, can be used in the EMC simulation forecast of all kinds of enclosures and cable harnesses.
