罐笼承接装置承接过程动力学分析

摘    要:考虑钢丝绳的质量和阻尼、承接装置弹簧预压缩等因素,对罐笼承接装置的承接过程进行动力学分析,建立了系统动力学模型.通过数值方法仿真,得到冲击加速度、冲击力时变曲线,有助于合理设计承接装置,进一步研究承接过程中人员舒适性.得出停车偏移量宜根据荷载而定等结论,以利于减少承接过程的冲击加速度和冲击力;认为每套立井提升系统配备的承接装置应该是定制的,提升系统参数发生变化时应重新校核系统的力学参数,并对承接装置做必要的调整.

Abstract:The dynamic supporting process of cage supporting device was studied and the system dynamic model was provided under considering the weight and damping of wire rope,spring precompression of the supporting device.The acceleration and impulse of the cage was obtained by a numerical simulation method.It was useful for the reasonable design,and the further studies on personnel comfortableness.The simulation results show that the bias displacement needs to be suitably according to the load,which can reduce the acceleration and impulse of cage.It is proved that each set of vertical shafts promotion system should be equipped with a custom-made supporting device,and the parameter of supporting device should be adjusted for the various parameter of the promotion system.
