大丝束碳纤维发展现状及我国技术瓶颈和发展建议

摘    要:主要介绍了大丝束碳纤维及其与小丝束碳纤维的区别,以及世界和我国大丝束碳纤维发展现状,分析了我国大丝束碳纤维发展遇到的技术瓶颈,包括缺少相应的技术标准、预氧化过程中控制技术不成熟、展纱技术薄弱、油剂质量不过关、上浆剂主要依赖进口及上下游产业链脱节等问题。最后给出了相应的建议:给予政策支持,加强上下游产业链的沟通交流以提高产品之间的匹配度,加强产学研协同合作,大力促进技术创新,加快大丝束碳纤维技术标准制定。

Abstract:The difference between large tow carbon fiber and small tow carbon fiber was mainly introduced,the development status of large tow carbon fiber in the world and in China,the technical bottlenecks encountered in the development of large tow carbon fiber in China were analyzed,including the lack of corresponding technical standards,immature control technology in the pre-oxidation process,weak yarn spreading technology,poor oil quality,sizing agent mainly relying on imports and so on.At the end,some suggestions were put forward,such as policy support,strengthening the communication between upstream and downstream industry chains to improve the matching degree of products,strengthening the collaborative cooperation between industry,university and research institute to promote technological innovation,and speeding up the formulation of large tow carbon fiber technical standards.
