静电纺丝技术在药物领域的研究进展

摘    要:静电纺丝技术是指在静电场中,带电的高分子溶液或者熔体进行喷射纺丝生产出直径为纳米级的细丝。因其具有可以控制纤维尺寸、孔隙率高、比表面积大等优势,广泛应用于生物医学材料、组织工程、创伤敷料、化工材料等,其在药物领域也有广阔的前景。主要就静电纺丝技术的原理、载药方法及其近几年在药物领域的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Electrospinning technology refers to the spray spinning of a charged polymer solution or melt in an electrostatic field to produce nanometer-sized filaments. Because it can control fiber size, high porosity,and large specific surface area, it is widely used in biomedical materials, tissue engineering, wound dressings, chemical materials, etc. It also has broad prospects in the field of medicine. The principles of electrostatic spinning technology, drug loading methods and their research progress in the pharmaceutical field in recent years are reviewd.
