各向同性与各向异性天然橡胶磁流变弹性体的导热性能及磁流变性能(英文)

摘    要:采用羰基铁粉粒子填充天然橡胶磁流变弹性体(MRE),研究了各向同性与各向异性MRE的磁流变性能及导热性能。结果表明,各向异性MRE的热扩散系数和导热系数比各向同性MRE分别提高了30. 1%和41. 9%。同时,随着应变的增大,MRE的相对磁流变效应呈下降趋势,而在相同应变下,各向异性MRE的储能模量以及相对磁流变效应均高于各向同性MRE。

Abstract:Nowadays,magnetorheological elastomer(MRE),as an innovative intelligent material,has drawn tremendous interests in the field of damping system,intelligent control and induction,etc.In previous report,magnetic particles including carbonyl iron powder(CIP),iron oxide and Fe,Co,Ni based nanowires1],can impart rubber products with excellent magnetorheological properties.In this work,the mixing process with the formulation was shown as follows:natural rubber(NR)100 phr,and zinc oxide 5 phr,stearic acid 1 phr,accelerator CZ 0.5 phr,accelerator RD 3 phr,antioxidant 4010 NA 2 phr,sulfur 3 phr,CIP 60 phr,coumarone 12 phr.Through the vulcanization process,the isotropic MRE could be obtained,abbreviated as ISO-MRE.And the anisotropic MRE was prepared by the vulcanization under the magnetic field conditions,abbreviated as ANISO-MRE.
