摘    要:工业用微量药品动态称重系统要求其终端设备占用资源小、响应速度快、具备数据管理能力及良好的人机交互性能。将嵌入式数据库SQLite应用于基于Windows CE操作系统的称重系统终端设备上,根据微量药品称重终端的特点和需求,详细设计了系统构架和终端功能,重点解决了传统数据库与Windows CE系统不兼容的问题,在Windows CE系统上实现了数据存储与数据查询的功能。应用NI LabVIEW Touch Panel虚拟仪器平台设计了终端的界面,完成了SQLite数据库的开发与移植,实现了与称重单元的串口通信、参数配置、数据记录及数据管理等功能。实测应用结果显示,终端程序运行稳定,响应速度快,数据记录及查询功能丰富,满足微量药品动态称重系统终端的实际应用需求。

Design and Implementation of a Micro-Scale Drug Weighing Terminal System Based on WinCE and SQLite
Abstract:Industrial micro-drug dynamic weighing system requires the terminal equipment to occupy small resources,fast response,with data management capabilities and good human-computer interaction performance.The embedded database SQLite was applied to the weighing terminal based on Windows CE operating system.According to the characteristics and requirements of the micro-scale drug weighing terminal,the system architecture and terminal functions were designed in detail,the problem of incompatibility between traditional database and Windows CE system was solved,and the functions of data storage and data query were realized in Windows CE system.The terminal interface was designed by using NI LabVIEW Touch Panel virtual instrument platform,the development and transplantation of SQLite database were completed,which had the functions of serial communication,parameter configuration,data record and data management etc.Actual application result shows that the terminal is stable in operation,fast in response,rich in data recording and query functions,and can meet the practical application requirements of terminal equipment for the micro-scale drug dynamic weighing system.
