零动态刚度被动减振系统分析与仿真

摘    要:论文给出了零动态刚度被动减振系统的理论分析,论证了基于零动态刚度原理和利用被动减振的方法,可实现低频频率范围内的减振。采用虚拟样机技术,利用ADAMS仿真软件对其垂直方向的振动特性进行了研究,仿真结果表明:当系统的振动幅值为0.5mm和10mm时,减振系统动态刚度大大减小,使得系统的等效固有频率降低到在0~0.5Hz范围内,从而实现了低频减振且减振效果良好。同时在实现系统的零动态刚度情况下,其静态刚度值不变,从而保证减振系统的稳定性。

Abstract:The paper provides a principle analysis of the passive vibration isolator using zero dynamic stiffness,which demonstrates the vibration in the low frequency range is available based on the zero dynamic stiffness principle and the method of passive vibration isolation.The virtual prototype technology is adopted,and the vibration characteristics in the vertical direction are investigated applying ADAMS simulation software.The simulation shows that the dynamic stiffness of the vibration system is dropped greatly if the vibration amplitude is equal to 0.5mm or 10mm,so the equivalent natural frequency lies in between 0 and 0.5Hz,which is in order to realize low frequency vibration and get good vibration effect.Meanwhile,acquired the zero dynamic stiffness,the system has enough static stiffness to enable the systematic stability.
