| Abstract: | Based on the economy development and the status of geography, environment and resources of Hangzhou, standards on civil buildings energy conservation which should be suitable to the City are developed to enhance the supervision of civil bulidings energy consuming sytems such as hotels, restaurants and marketplaces ete, to avoid the waste of energy and effectively increase the energy utilization efficiency and energy economic efficiency in the field. |
