摘    要:采用3种不同制备方法获得了聚氢酯/蒙脱土(PU/MMT)纳米复合材料。通过对材料力学性能测试,发现制备方法对纳米复合材料的拉伸强度杀Ⅱ断裂伸长率有明显影响。蒙脱土和三羟基聚氧化丙烯醚(GP03)预研磨混合制备法所得的纳米复合材料呈现出较好的力学性能。当有机蒙脱土质量分数为2%时,其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别比纯聚氨酯材料提高丁30%-68%。

Abstract:Polyurethane/MMT nanocomposites were synthesized by three different methods.It was found by determining the material mechanical properties that the different preparation methods have significant influence on the tensile strength and the elongation rate at break of the nanocomposites.The nanocomposites prepared by pre-mixing organic-MMT with trihydroxypoly(propylene oxide) ( GPO3),possess the better mechanical properties.Introducing 2%(mass fraction) organic-montmorillonite into the composites resulted in 30% increase in the tensile strength and 68% increase in the elongation rate at break as compared to those of the pure polyurethane.
