复杂适应系统视角下的城市建筑废弃物管理仿真研究

摘    要:如何从复杂性思维出发对建筑废弃物进行有效管理已成为城市建设过程中亟待研究的课题。以复杂适应系统理论为视角,基于Agent 建模仿真技术,利用Repast Simphony 开发平台,通过系统分析与调研、系统建模与实现,构建了深圳市建筑废弃物管理系统仿真模型。并以深圳市新建工程住宅项目为例,揭示了各利益主体之间的交互作用如何推动建筑废弃物管理的动态演化并对基本调控政策环境下建筑废弃物管理效果进行评估,打破建筑废弃物政策研究无法进行实验的瓶颈。

Abstract:It is urgent to research how to effectively implement construction waste management from the perspective of complexadaptive system. Based on complex adaptive system theory and the agent-based modeling technology,an agent-based simulationsystem for construction waste management in Shenzhen with Repast Simphony 2.2 was built by system analysis and investigation,modeling and programming. By sampling new construction residential projects in Shenzhen,the mechanism of how the interactionsbetween stakeholders promote the dynamic evolution of construction waste management and the evaluation of its outcome under thebasic policy scenario were revealed,which breaks the bottle neck of construction waste policy experiment.
